Negatives: Did not like the dated bathroom. The plug for the bath was not great. The condition of the bath tub is very dated and the area is extremely small. The bed was rock hard, and it seemed we did not have a fitted sheet mm so we had to use the flat sheet to cover the mattress cover. .

Negatives: The WiFi didn’t work, tv kept blinking off and our room key kept deactivating. Each time we entered our room, we had to go by the front desk so she could reactivate our key.

Negatives: Had roaches in my room

Negatives: There was no phone in my room and my family showed up at 10 o’clock that night and I fell asleep and they tried knocking on my door and they couldn’t get a hold of me. I was like deep deep in my sleep mind you I walk up to about 11 hours a day from work so I was pretty tired that day And I forgot to put their name on the guest list and the security chased them off not even an hour after they arrive, but the security said they couldn’t be there. They’re gonna call the police. It would’ve been very convenient if I had a phone in my room for them to get a hold of me or for me to even hear the phone ring because I did not know that I put my phone on silent And it automatically goes on silent about 10 o’clock anyways and I didn’t know I fell asleep so yeah, my family had to go and buy a whole new room way on the other side of the city

Negatives: The bathroom was filthy in so many ways it is way Beyond reason. Bad plumbing in ill repair, smell of mold, heavily water damaged door on bathroom. Very old tub/shower in deplorable condition. Very slow drainage on sink, toilet, etc. Plunger/stopper on sink not working. Paint looks like old repair gone wrong and neglected thereafter. Curtain at front of room would not close all the way next to door. No actual privacy as result due to exposed window area in high foot traffic area. No hangers, towel holder came apart when accessing bath towel. One wash cloth for two guest, Batteries in remote weak. Had to get out of bad and hold remote close to cable box to change channels etc etc etc. It's exhausting just thinking about it all. Extremely disappointed and concerned about how horrible experience was in its entirety. Make me question hotel brand as a whole.
