Positives: NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. I ended up cancelling my reservation and finding another hotel.

Negatives: This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever seen. Does not even smell nice. They are supposedly taking and having Cancer patients from a new by Cancer treatment hospital and if thats true who knows what diseases they will catch. Would never stay there again

Positives: Enjoyed the daily breakfast and coffee. Liked the friendly staff and location of the property.

Negatives: The bathroom was in need of an update. There was no shower mat in the tub which made it feel unsafe. The remote for the tv was unresponsive(don't know if it just needed new batteries, plus your tv channel listing did not correspond to the actual channels.

Positives: the hotel was within a dining and shopping center. walking distances for every store or restaurant. the hotel was clean. the breakfast option was simple but good.

Negatives: the hotel was within a dining and shopping center, alot of vehicle traffic and the noise that comes with it. the wall a/c unit just increases the decibel levels. next time i would not get a room facing the street if i had the option.
