Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond. I made reservations for my grandfathers 90th birthday at the last minute and booked because of the reasonable rates and location. I'm glad I picked Best Western Green Valley Inn for my stay.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a restaurant attached to this hotel and the fact that breakfast was included and wasn’t continental but made to order was nice.
Negatives:
This hotel is very old and needs a major facelift. The furniture is way past its prime with wobbly tables and chairs that have the material flaking off. The carpet is thin and stained.
