Nothing. It was disgusting.
Negatives:
Everything. Drug house. Druggie running around all hours of the night. The room was filthy. No toilet paper, towels, etc. It was stripped bare.

The tub was very nice and my wife enjoyed a hot relaxing bath, although she had to improvise a pkug from a plastic bag and washcloth. And the ice machine actually worked! Also tge staff was very helpful
Negatives:
My stepdaughter's room was on the second floor and she is semi disabled. She managed, but would have been more comfortable on the ground floor.

I didnt like the hotel at all. Horrible staff and their service! - No proper breakfast - No receipt for the pet fee. - Broken rooms.

We called the hotel 5 times to inform our late check in but no response. The guy at reception took $40 as the pet fee for 1 dog / night, I refused to give me the receipt requested the receipt. All the breakfast were empty by 8am, we hardly got nothing

Great place to stay. We stayed here as an "Overnight Stop-Over" between Las Vegas, Nevada and Las Vegas, New Mexico. exactly halfway 5-Hours apart. safe, comfortable and affordable with Free Breakfast included

the hotel's landline phone contact # is very hard to reach to talk to an actual person. it seems always busy or gets directed to their Voicemail automatically.

Customer service was terrible. Nobody being at the check in at 3am even though they said they work 24 hours.

I could hear trains barrelling through the night, with their whistles blasting. Rental truck beeping while parking at 3 am. Guest above walking around at 2:30 am because he could not sleep, & finally leaving at 3:30 am.

Easy access off the interstate, walking distance to several restaurants and a Continental breakfast.

Night clerk seemed to be concerned about payment and not safety of disabled veteran and his care taker. Will file compliant recommend people stay away.

Air conditioner made an awful noise when it was on. It was loud. Several electrical outlets did not have covers on them. Other than that the hotel was ok. But a noisy AC is a no go in Arizona. I told the lady at the desk and she did say someone would look

Clean n nice rooms adequate soap etc. I just was happy with my stay. Only down side was 30 for pet but will say i didnt mind payig one in the room. Great value for the dollar amount
