They chose not to acknowledge paid in full reservations by third party sites. This happened to several people in line while we were there. They proceeded to take other new reservations as they made us wait in the lobby for the manager, and then we were told they were full and we had to go elsewhere. I will not stay at a LaQuinta after service like this.
