A bit outdated on some things like key entry systems or bathroom accessories. The carpets appeared a bit run down and could be renovated. Ice makers out of order.

Comfort of the bed, the extra space in the room accommodated our large family. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Breakfast was delicious and has hot and cold items. Great selection.
Negatives:
The pool was freezing cold. My grandson's lips turned blue. The staff said the heater was on, it must have been broken. During our 4 night stay I was able to get in the first night. After that, no way....too cold. Please fix the pool heater.

Said there was a spa. No spa. We booked here partially to be able to use the spa. Parking was horrible. Many trailers parked in multiple spots at a time. Taking up 5-7 spaces each. Staff apologies didn’t go far. Night crew said there was nothing they could do. There is an adjacent lot to park trailers. Our keys didn’t work when returning and we were never asked for ID. Just given new keys.
