Everything. Very noisy, outside noise and blasting music from adjoining rooms. Coffee machines sprays hot water, but not so much in the cup. Breakfast is a total joke. Better to forget it. We will never stay at another Super 8. What is Super about it?

The supposed managers were rude, short and curt with us. They threatened to call the police when I was only trying to explain my situation. I wasn't arguing or being loud. They decided to charge us various amounts 120,170,50,50 because they were angry.

Good value hotel for dates I needed. Location right iff of I-40 and in town right across thr street from a grocery store, gas station & food options. Staff was pleasant and room spacious. Parking right outside entry was adequate. Outsior area was clean.
Negatives:
Somewhat dates interior, but adequate and comfortable.
