Dirty floors not vacuumed. I would not walk barefoot on the floors they were so dirty. The one chair was flitty and had stains all over it. The door strike was missing on the outside door would not close, We had to try to keep it closed with the ironing board. Weeds all over the property. The parking lot needs repaved. No pictures on the walls. Very old property. For $200.00 it was far below what was expected for paying this price. Noisy street.

The lobby and public areas had recently been remodeled; many of the rooms had been remodled or were currently in the process of being remodeled. The bartender Bri was wonderful, very personable, and made my evenings just that much more a little special. When I stayed it wasn't overly busy but still for my room type I got a room away from the other patrons which kept it nice and quite for my extended stay. The staff was always extensively helpful, from the front desk to whenever I needed more towels brought to the room. It was in a great location, very walkable to bars, the water, and restaurants - all at a fraction of the cost of many of the other hotels nearby.
Negatives:
They were very accommodating, especially given that my stay kept getting extended while I was in town needing to get my car worked on and was not sure how long I was actually going to be staying for. The vending machines could possibly be replaced, as they tended to take your money and not dispense anything, but that's just a minor inconvenience more than anything.

Check in was very easy. We arrived early so our room was not ready. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showing signs of age. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the London Bridge and the water. Lots of places to eat within a short drive. Breakfast was standard free breakfast but everything was well stocked and hot.
Negatives:
The side of the hotel we were on is very close to the main road and quite noisy during the day. It did quiet down later in the evening. You might want to ask to be on the parking lot side if you are sensitive to noise.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! ITS A DIVE HOOKER HOTEL.

Everything! It was filthy, smelly, dirty and totally disgusting inside and out. We took our 2 grandkids and the dirt and dust set their allergies off so bad. We had to go you Walgreens to get allergy meds. We checked in then out in less than 20 min. The beds were indented in the middle of the mattresses the chairs were red with stains on them . Too groce to even sit on either. It had one working lamp in the room. Very dark room. I asked for cancellation and refund and have been going back and forth with booking.com and the hotel. I will file a dispute with my credit card company. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS DIVE HOTEL. THE "QUALITY INN "HAS NO QUALITY ESPECIALLY ROOM#216!
Booking should not advertise this dive! I will never use booking.com again. You work fir the hotels not us customers. I hate that I didn't take pictures but we couldn't stay or breath in that room. The place is filthy outside also with trash cans overflowing with trash and sidewalks smelled of urine. YUCK!!!
