Positives:
A place to lay my tired head...
Negatives:
This place is a rat trap. The bath tub/shower has dried up paint in it, as is they had painted and washed the brushes, cans, and who knows what else... the carpets did not even match up to the door way and walls. There was a gap around the entire room.

Where to start..hotel wasn't really clean..no elevator..you had to carry your bags up flights of steps!The staff was very ..unatentive!Our room was never cleaned..in 3 days!..There was holes in a door and in walls....

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The staff was very pleasant and tried to help where they could.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t clean, black mold on the ac unit. Rug was very worn and stained. There were stains on the sheets. Overheard another guest complain about holes in the sheets and wall. Breakfast was not on par with other Super 8 motels I’ve stayed at.

Good price for Lake Havasu. We got the older room, but it was clean and it had everything what you need.
Negatives:
The bed was covered by plastic under the bedsheets so it made noise every time you moved and it wasn't breathing due to this. I understand this protection but it wasn't much comfortable. I didn't like all this single-use plastic + non-recyclable coffee cups and plates at the little breakfast (Coffee, juice, muffins, toast + jam). Using regular dish and then putting it in a dishwasher wouldn't kill anybody. (But that's not this hotel's issue only...)

It was a roof over our head and a place to lay down for the night.
Negatives:
After calling ahead saying we are running behind because of a late flight. We were informed that if we didn't make it by 430 am we would be a no call no show. The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. The "amazing " complimentary break fast was a communal gallon of milk and stale muffins.
Highly recommend staying here only as a last resort.

My room was old and in need of work. There was plaster put into some holes in the wall but just left and not finished. the bathtub was old and broken needed replaced and the carpet was old and dirty.
