Positives: That I didn't harm any of the incredibly rude and very unprofessional office staff.
Negatives: Many things. Rude staff. Lack of staff. Dirty room. Dirty property around hotel. Broken air conditioner. Dirty towels. bedspread with burn holes. The second worst hotel experience ever, following closely behind the Extended Stay just 2 miles away.

Negatives: TV5 OUT OFTHE CHANNELS WERE NOT WORKING. OBES THAT DID WORK WAS IN SPANISH THAT WAS FINE I JUST DIDNT UNDERSTAND

Positives: they were absolutely wonderful I mixed up the properties and said bad things to this property when it was the Phoenix location 14245 50th so horrible But The ladies here they made me feel safe that mean someThing To someone with PTSD thank you
Negatives: That I had to go it’s quiet clean they make you feel like you’re important and they go beyond other way to make sure you feel at home thing I feel bad about that place is that I can’t stay

Positives: Nothing at all
Negatives: Arrived at hotel and there was not a room available for me and my service dog, then the roo i had to stay in had drug needles in the bathroom, I had to pay for my dog to go to an overnight stay at a pet sitter. I tried checking in at 9pm. 11pm check in
