Ease of making reservation
Sent review and email about hotel room that was filthy with bugs and stains throughout room. It was gross and a safety hazard especially during this pandemic.

The one AM female front desk staff was very rude and pushy. I did not need or appreciate her unkind attitude.
Weak TV channels. Boring, nothing to watch. Shower barely works. Bugs in kitchenette area, front doors locked during business hours. No services, uncomfortable small beds, and flat pillows.
