Dirty, bad pumbing, rude staff, refusal to provide extra towels. No lock on pool gate. I would hardly call it a ?hotel?.

My flight was delayed get till 3 AM so they charged us $65 fee

A few items were broken in the bathroom,the toilet flusher buttom was broken off, the shower handle was broken so we can bearly turn the water on and could not turn hot or cold.

I've been here since April. Ive paid weekly daily ,every way you can think. Never offered a discount. At ---$ aday for a month. Then ive been since May . Its already june . Never once been able to wash my clothes here . I bought it up to the manager.

The place is old and the floors were dirty, it appears to be the local housing for low income and there were several homeless people hanging around (one jumped in the pool while we were there)

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, only stayed 2, they didn't reimburse my money, very disappointed with the hotel, it needs an update urgently. stinky bathroom, noisy, I couldn't sleep, An so on... I do not recommend this hotel.

Very outdated, plumbing was rusty and just barely functioning.

Most disgusting, filthiest, hotel I've been to! Homeless people hang out there 24/7, drug doing & dealing, prostitutes knocking on your door 4-5am. Non stop pounding!! Call front desk, only to find out security doesn't stay all night!! ..when it's needed

Filthy rooms, bedding & towels not washed just reused!Never any hot water,toilets & shower and sink always backed up!! Mgmt allows homeless rent rooms 7-10 people to 1 room!! Cockroaches,ants,bed bugs!! Car radios blaring all night & car alarms all night

location is the only thing good about this place.

Rooms weren't clean. Walls are super thin you can hear everything from outside to the next room. We had the loudest kids up all night. Strange people in parking area changing in their cars. And they had nerve to try to keep our 100 deposit. Never again.

The room: Toilet did not flush, no hot water for shower, dirt on the corners of the molding on the walls, refrigerator making loud noises all night, tv didnt have a signal, no light bulb in lamp. When I asked for a later check out said no.
Negatives:
The gentleman that checked me in was fine but jasmine was not caring or undertaking at all. On my Two Night stay, They didnt refill breakfast items for the 6-9 hours. If it was going it was gone. Totally sloppy are no one wiped anything.
