Got exactly what I expected,...
Positives:
Most disgusting, filthiest, hotel I've been to! Homeless people hang out there 24/7, drug doing & dealing, prostitutes knocking on your door 4-5am. Non stop pounding!! Call front desk, only to find out security doesn't stay all night!! ..when it's needed
Negatives:
Filthy rooms, bedding & towels not washed just reused!Never any hot water,toilets & shower and sink always backed up!! Mgmt allows homeless rent rooms 7-10 people to 1 room!! Cockroaches,ants,bed bugs!! Car radios blaring all night & car alarms all night

Rooms weren't clean. Walls are super thin you can hear everything from outside to the next room. We had the loudest kids up all night. Strange people in parking area changing in their cars. And they had nerve to try to keep our 100 deposit. Never again.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It was a great location. The price was right.

Positives:
As far as breakfast goes, the breakfast was so limited to cereal and coffee and juice. That was not a breakfast I've been to what say La Quinta. It was almost like they included breakfast in the advertising so that you thought you were getting something for your money. Besides the room, but in reality it was very, very poor. The room was really dilapidated painting and and just general maintenance needed to be done. In the bathroom there's paint flaking off the molding. The outdoor furniture was old and dirty. It was actually just a very sad.
Location. I felt a little bit ripped off. The bedding was old and just not very tasteful at all. I would recommend people don't get fooled and stay there. There's other places that are in the area that you could stay i'm sure. I just made a mistake and believed the photographs. I thought I would get a free breakfast that woul. D be like other breakfast places that you've experienced before. And it was anything about that what's the accommodations were dirty and the lapidated ,old . This is an honest assessment I have no reason to make it up. I wish it was better.

The breakfast could have a lot more items to really call it a breakfast. It was like they were getting away with the minimum to actually be able to advertise it as being something that you would get. It was like you got Trick
into thinking you're gonna get a breakfast. Yeah i'm the personnel were not too friendly. There was young lady at night. That was doing a lot of the mopping of the lobby where they actually feed your breakfast., She was very very good employee call you. It's not her fault but she has to work there. She seemed willing to help you out . Other than that, you've checked into a room. I'm sure where you know that you made a mistake. But you're stuck there. That's the way this was.

There was nothing about this property we liked! It was filthy, blood on the bed, burgers on the wall, visible dirt and stains on furniture, hair on the floor total filth !!! We only stayed on night cause it was late and we were tired. The neighborhood was terrible as well. Looked like homeless people wandering around beat up condos visible. 0 out of 10
