My room had a bad smell, drenched in the scent of disinfectant. Plus the morning breakfast was late in setup as guests obviously in a hurry for work waited to get access to food and drink.

Cheaper hotel in the area but would not go back or pay the cost charged.
Easy to find.
Beds were decent. Room was clean.
Was next to a mall and some dining options.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was very very rude. Snapped at multiple customers while I was checking in and sitting in the lobby. I asked about how far a local major hiking area/mountain was and was told, I don't know, I am not from here. I've only worked here a year and a half and she had better things to do than know things about the area.
Breakfast options were limited and everything was empty and not refilled.
Room smelled like burnt popcorn when we arrived.
Poor sound buffering. Could hear people walking down the hall and in surrounding rooms.
