The service is excellent. They greet you with a smile and are very helpful if you have questions or help.
The room is clean, and they tidy the bed and change or add the towels every day. The breakfast is good and fills you up in the morning.

What upset me is that they do not take US cash...I had the cash and it was not accepted...why? Staff suggested I go to Walmart get a prepaid card. Brought the card only to be told it has to be activated..I come from Canada and do not have a US address I could not activate. Spent 2 hours trying to activate...went back to Walmart and they refused to give us our money...referred us to a third party...kept going around and around...could not get a person.

Positives:
The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The rooms were clean they were comfortable. The sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was hot. It was an actual hot breakfast with eggs and sausage and fried potatoes. You could make waffles. There was also the option of oatmeal, coffee or tea, cereal, and fruit. As well as toast, bagels, muffins or breakfast muffins.
It was quiet and very well maintained. It was located right next to a mall and a diner.
Negatives:
The only thing that I would change... I wouldn't say I didn't like is there's not decaf coffee readily put in the rooms. But I just went to the desk and they gave me plenty.
