Positives: I liked the patio
Negatives: I didn’t like how when I booked it the pictures online made the hotel look absolutely beautiful but when I showed up it was a dumpy scary hotel. the rooms didn’t even look the same.

Negatives: I was in one of the king rooms, there was no hot water and one of the towels was dirty. They apparently called the maintenance guy and he did some adjustments. I was told to let the water run for a few minutes to get hot water; I did but the hot water never came to the shower. It did work for the sink tough. It is easy to see dirt on white towel; I think it was clean but just had some things that couldn't be removed I guess. Either way, it is not a good look. I was told to go to the front desk to get new ones. Anyway, the staff was nice.

Negatives: Paid a little more than I wanted but the site said breakfast was included and there was a pool but both of those things were not true. They blamed covid and the clerk said the info was listed on the website. Not true!

Positives: The jacuzzi Bathtub. After I had to clean it.
Negatives: The room and bathroom were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The facilities ie. Pool and breakfast closed. The lobby closed. The building was very run down. There was no ice machine. There was a police car stationed at the hotel which made me uncomfortable because why would a police car need to be at the hotel?
