someone called us at 10:30 at night to confirm our credit card. we booked through booking.com and prepaid. the hotel had a problem with it (with them) but called us. we requested to speak with the manager the next day but never heard from her. plus, we were offered a better rate through the Wall Street Journal.

Upon arrival, the staff informed me they have been trying to get a hold of me and I would not and my she also said they didnt have my email thats false. My reservations was for three people with two queen beds. The clerk said she only a king. Horrible

Location of the room. Space was good. Liked the two chair seating area. Liked the shower water pressure. Big windows to watch the storms. Someone going by everyday to clean the room. Very nice cleaning staff.
