I have 10-month-old twins and I needed two cribs, which I requested from the moment I made the reservation and in two calls before arriving at the hotel. They always confirmed availability and that I would find them upon arrival. But I felt cheated because they only had one crib in the entire hotel and I couldn't rest at night. You can imagine what it's like to travel with two babies and without the simple amenities that should be offered for their comfort.
