Positives:
Beautifully landscaped resort grounds with a variety of cacti coupled with chirping birds made for a relaxing atmosphere. Available water stations to refill your bottle was much appreciated in the heat. Shuttle service available until 9pm to go to Old Town was very convenient. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The 24hr gym is well-equipped.
Negatives:
Expensive drinks and no happy hour at the poolside cabana. Rooms are a bit dated but still well maintained. Netflix should be incorporated as a TV option. Very few fire pit tables are available to sit at in the evening. The location is a bit aways from Old Town, with not much happening around in terms of entertainment though there is a strip mall across the street with a few restaurants.

Relaxing oasis in the desert.
Positives:
Several pools that are open late till 11PM. The property itself was well maintained and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice that there is a market to buy snacks or essential items.
Negatives:
Extra fee for room service and charging to room/card on file… minimal but still seemed unnecessary especially when paying a daily resort fee.

We liked the room, the size, the comfort of the beds, the couch seating area. We liked the easy check-in, the quiet nature of the location. We also liked the easy checkout.
Negatives:
The pool was quite cold and filled with skin chunks. It was really gross. Alright, maybe not filled with them, but the second we noticed, we got out of the pool. The bar at the pool also closed very early for our liking.

Great set up for a family with a villa suite. Close to pools. Parking was easy. Close to good restaurants.
Negatives:
The villa was spacious but outdated. It could really use a renovation. I had to call guest services 3x and wait over 5 hours for pack in play to be brought to our room!
