Terrible and worst experience of my life, I will never book with them again. Dirty room, dirty sheets, pills and towels. Need to have health department audit this place because it's disgusting and terrible customer service. I dont know how this place is open to the public!
Worst experience of my life!
The proximity to town
The floor was dirty and could say that because my white socks were black on the bottom once walking around a bit. The sheet had a blood spot and the mattress had a pee stain with no fitted sheet. the bathroom door had screws coming off it so it made it hard to close. It made me a little disappointed.
Not my favorite place.
Absolutely horrible!! Do not stay here!!! Avoid this place!!! I stayed here with my family at $130 only one night. I was in a hurry to book a room and used booking.com. I wish I would have read reviews first!!! We checked in at check in time, Went to our room to put our luggage down then we left for the day. We did not come back to the hotel until super late that night. When I woke up in the morning there was water all over the hotel room because the freezer was not working and the ice melted everywhere. When we got there that night to come back to sleep we took everything out of our cooler and put it in the freezer, Including small bag of ice. I was also getting bit by something while I was sleeping so I looked under the bed in the morning and along the black part base of the bed there was dead bug carcasses stuck to the wood. The bathroom door knob was broken and the bathroom door would not shut. There's a huge gap under the hotel room door we had to block it with a towel to keep the cold air out. There's barely anything in the room at all and the TV was like a 27" crappy tv with 6 channels. When I woke up and discovered everything, I went to the office and I told the gentleman in the office what was going on and he just started screaming at me he was extremely rude. He told me I was lying and screaming some more. So I checked out and left 3 hours before check out time. I have never been treated so horribly for informing someone about things that needed repair. Refused to refund me. Didn't and wasn't asking for one until owner was screaming at me!!
Do not stay here!!
The bed was very uncomfortable.
they took cats
The staff was completely and knowledgeable, acted like we were totally causing a problem by signing in, did not answer my questions. It was hard to find the sign it was not good. They were no blankets really on the bed and I was very cold
I stayed in many motel...
it was very peaceful
The location was terrible. Right on the main noisy highway that you could hear all night.
Cleanliness was horrible. Dirty towel. Stains on comforter. Hair on pillows. Bed smelled like they hadn’t cleaned it.
The curtain didn’t block out the light or offer full privacy.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
I will never stay here...
