Positives:
There were only a few small muffins and instant oatmeal (but no milk), coffee and hot water. The listing shouldn't say breakfast included. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Negatives:
No breakfast, when breakfast advertised. Bed and pillows not that comfortable. No plates, silverware in kitchen, so everything including hair dryer had to be asked for from the front desk, no hand lotion, small screen TV, poor Internet reception, fridge in room was very noisy, no ice maker and no ice machine in hall.

The area it was pretty Good. The room was clean. Need new furniture. Bathroom was clean. Nice Hot water.It is well kept in what they are doing.. it was and emergency trip. I will stay again.No Hyatt but okay. Bed was comfortable and clean. GOOD JOB KEEP UP THE WORK IN HELPING OTHERS IN NEED.

Everyone need a place to stay. Found out it was a semi-shelter. Some undesirable was there. People were pleasant though. Not a dog person. Need to shampoo the Hall way carpet.

I didn't have my dog with me and they love dogs. Dogs are allowed I just didn't have her with me.

Staff looked like they did drugs. Never had a check-in take so long. There was loud music playing in the parking lot when we pulled in and a woman in the bushes...not sure what she was doing.
