We checked in at around 1130 pm n staff wouldnt open the door. Then said we had to wait 30 minutes to check us in and hopefully our reservations didnt delete from system since it was so late. Didnt understand that. She was not friendly at all. Then our room had an awful smell n the refrigerator made a loud noise it was was very difficult to
