Pool was out of order and there was maintenance work going on during our stay but wasn't too impacting on our stay.

No tea making facilities in the room, despite the listing suggesting there was on Booking.com, hot breakfast wasn't great, in fact it was average at best, just scrambled eggs anf very fatty bacon, no fruit on offer and limited choice of tea bags.
