It was a good location for where we needed to be.

The staff was not courteous or helpful. The hallway smelled like a nursing home, they only give you 2 towels and then won't bring more. You have to go down and get them. I am used to Hilton and this is a far cry from that.

We checked in to a king suite and the AC was screaming so loud we asked to change room. They changed our room and the 2nd one AC was good but the cleanliness was disgusting. When we got back late night to our room we opened the hide a bed to make it with the clean sheets they gave us at check in, it was not cleaned from the last guest with old sheets on the bed full of disgusting trash, mold, food crumbs , food wrappers and it fell out every where and under the bed was un cleaned with all the same trash under it. We rolled up all the sheets and threw them in the hall. We could not believe it! We didn't let our friend know about it till the next morning because no one would sleep there it they saw it.. we also open the fridge to find gross trash on the floor under it too.

Great location in proximity to lots of shop & restaurants. The room was very comfortable & the bathroom was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
Negatives:
The pool was unusable as it was in the sun all day long with absolutely no shade. The ice machine was located in an unventilated & non air conditioned room. The stairwells were also non air conditioned & nearly unusable in the heat.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Several visits to the front desk always generated smiles!
Negatives:
The breakfast staff were not so friendly or helpful. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30am. We came in for breakfast just after 9:15am. They had cleaned up most of the breakfast items and were unwilling to provide food or service until 9:30am.
