Location wasnt horrible.
Negatives:
Was given a room without proper sun drapes. Situation was not properly resolved or rectified. Almost all other rooms in hotel had sun resistant curtains but not mine. Asked for management. Was told we can leave and threatened with security.

I had a horrible experience! First we only stayed one night, but the bathroom was disgusting. It looked like they only threw in clean towels and that was it. The floor was dirty and still has hair on it. Our tv didnt work and they couldnt fix it.

I liked the designers choice and style. The glass showers and huge wooden furniture. The lobby looked chic and welcoming.
Negatives:
I didnt like that it said pet friendly but had upholstery that could easily be damaged. It felt like house sitting.

The entire hotel smelt like stale cigarettes regardless of it being non-smoking. The housekeeper was one person for 3 floors if she existed at all. We were told by one person that she is only available desk person and another she is only in at 7 or 8, but none of that makes sense as check out time is 11. Who's cleaning these hotel rooms if anyone? There were homeless people all around and on the property as well as a stray cat for some reason. My daughter had an accident in the bed and I called the frount desk for clean linens and they said they couldn't help me at all. There was no one to assist in this at all so we had to lay down towels like a dog. I can go on...

The front desk person when we checked in was excellent with customer service.
Negatives:
We found a dirty sock by the sitting area. A broken tile in the bathroom and the doors to the shower didn't stay shut while showering.

Homeless camping 30 feet from the main entrance and appeared to be doing drugs. The remote wouldn't shutt off the TV that was left on when I got in my room. I got a new room and when I came back from the concert the smoke alarm was going off every 5 seconds. The staff had no batteries to replace in the alarm so with their permission I silenced the alarm myself. I was awakened at 4am with loud talking and somebody doing laundry in the room next to my bed(staff I guess) overall a pretty bad night of sleep especially considering I paid roughly 200 dollars for that experience
