A welcome respite between journeys

Bed was comfy.
Food was tasty.
Negatives:
Family of four given queen bed and sofa bed. Manager said sofa beds are never made up but no bedding in the room and not advised at check in.
Manager said the booking came thru for one person - showed her my confirmation for four. She said hotel was full and five minutes later ‘found’ a suitable room.
Glad we were only staying for one night.
Breakfast service was very slow, restaurant quiet and still order arrived wrong. Food was good, coffee very bad.
Nowhere near the standards we have experienced in other Crown Plaza hotels we have stayed at in Europe.
