pay for parking??... common seriously? ITS NOT a garage. I expect (do not like) to pay for parking in cities that are space, constrained. but these is Phoenix. It felt like a money grab and nothing more...
As for the accommodations. The room is old, an dated. wifi didn't work most of the time.

The location was convenient to the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
Negatives:
This hotel is very old and in need of repairs. The majority of guests seem to be long term. It was not clear if it was a half way house or housing for migrants. This was not the standard that we expect from Embassy Suites. We did not feel safe staying in this hotel.

This was the worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was dirty and not just unclean. the carpet in my room was frayed everywhere. The toilet was unsecured to the floor, the AC did not work, and the room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room

Location poor. After checking in we entered at back gate. Many young Spanish men sitting inside gate. It was a little scary. We later figured out it was guys waiting for wives or girlfriends getting off work. Then before we could get into our room two police came walking toward the back?
