Very good
Positives:
Coffee was excellent and location was the best
Negatives:
Internet connectivity Very cold room. Turned off AC for 2 days to keep from freezing. You could probably save energy by regulating thermostat
Positives:
Breakfast was great. The surroundings as far as visuals go were very nice. The room layout is also nice.
Negatives:
First, there were cockroaches everywhere, the air conditioning made a lot of noise, there was no hot water in the shower, and the pool had more salt than the dead sea.

Toilet was making a sound all night long, wouldn't flush properly. The light switches wouldn't go off they had a little dim light on that was actually bright. The house cleaning is not cleaning well enough especially under the bathroom vanity, AND most definitely not the fold out couch..we unfolded it and found chips, a pill, and that tells me the sheets were definitely not cleaned. The curtains were not appealing for the front door makes you feel watched because you can't close it all the way without having a gap. The pool is so tiny and was filthy! No one was on site for the restaurant. 2 elevators were not working Definitely needs a major remodel with the prices you pay I don't want to see old run down falling aged building
