Very spacious rooms and great hot breakfast!
There mustÃ‚'ve been something wrong with the phone in my room because I couldnÃ‚'t reach front desk.
The front desk lady (a manager if IÃ‚'m not mistaken) she was literally the nicest most cheerful helpful and accommodating employee I have ever dealt with at any business pretty much ever.
toilets wld flush poop back into both of the room sinks.Bedroom sink leaked badly the sewage into the carpet.which soaked into the bottom of my luggage.trash left from previous guests behind phone table.thick grey dust layer on everything bad on allergies
The air conditioning. Staff was nice.
Water in swimming pool hot. Sinks clogged and dirty in room upon arrival. Had to pay $15.00 a night to park in hotel lot. Rented the room for a couple of nights while my house under construction. This hotel used to be really nice. Won't stay here again.

Room was old musty smelling. Water constantly leaked in shower and A/c wasn't hardly working. Just a tired hotel based on my room.

The first room was humid like a swamp and air completely out. Also on the bedroom sink area was a dirty rag left by housekeeping. 2nd room on 2nd day air went out but hotel employee didnÃ‚'t seem to care or want to help. Worst front desk person ever.

I booked this hotel for our 44 year wedding anniversary because it was supposed to have a restaurant inside(Steak House). Checked in and found out the steak house shut down.The coffee maker dirty, empty jerky wrapper and water bottle on floor in room.

Many small items in the room were falling apart. We had to ask for towels every day because daily room service was suspended due to covid. There were no snack, coffee or fresh water stations provided while the restaurant was shut down due to covid.
My family and I love the courtward with koi. The room size was great.

The atrium is nice and I enjoyed the location as it was proximity to an abundance of shopping and restaurants. A balcony on the room was a plus and the rooms are very spacious.

The lobby was really nice?
The room choice was horrible. The room above the lobby pull in? They blast music at kike 630 am right sound my room. Light bulbsx2 were out. Pay for parking? Limit on coffee in room? Pool was not warmed and the staff was not helpful. Worth maybe --$
The hotel is centrally located, it is next to the Biltimor shopping center.
The carpet in our room was very dirty and the smell was gross. The toilet seat was dirty. We had to buy bleach to clean it ourselves the way we wanted. The curtain on one side was off the hook and was hanging down. Overall the room was dated and tired
This hotel needs a major renovation. Rooms are old. No breakfast.
The room was ice cold and I was told that it is what it is .... hotel employee at the desk said he was going to credit my account ... not sure that happened.
Too cold.... overpriced as well.
