It was dirty. We found dark hairs all over the floor, even AFTER WE WENT DOWN TO ASK FOR A BROOM so we could sweep it. The staff said nothing when we asked for it. There were toothpaste stains on the wall in the bathroom, and others on wall.

It was close to the airport. The only good thing about that hotel was the location.

Cracked counters, dirty sink, broken tv remote. Partying outside noise in the parking lot all night.

You have to get to the front desk to know they don't take any form of online banking. All the person behind the desk could say was 'that is there policy'. Nothing helpful on how to go about it if thats all you have.

I believe maid service is still under Covid policies/rules. Was there for 5 nights and no maids ever cleaned the room. Ended up having to take my trash out of room as it was starting to pile up and I didnt want it to start stinking.

It was out dated, dirty and staff was unprofessional, the lady at the desk ignored me and was upset she had to help me before check in I just had a question and she responded with attitude check in was only at 3. I wasnt trying to check in early
