Positives:
Wonderful front desk staff (and I did check in very late--after midnight--but kept in touch with them about that). Bed was okay and pillows were nice and not smelly. A/C worked well but a bit noisy.
Negatives:
Bugs!!--small roaches, some flying bugs, a round crawling bug--mostly in the kitchen but also bathroom, along baseboard area, and front desk. uilding looked like something out of the 1960s and was not in great condition--some crumbly walls, mold in bathroom, vents were very noisy and banged and if you turned on bathroom light the vent came on with a loud clang. One "easy chair" in the room and it was miserable to sit in.
