Positives: My Booking was cancelled as Booking.com didn't provide credit card information to property. I had to stand on road till 3AM morning with kids and spouse. This was horrible experience. I will never suggest anyone to use booking.com and stay in this property. Booking.com tool #4 hours to address this issue.
