They were able to finally get into a room after all of the trouble.a
I didn't like the staff or lack of staff. I was lied to saying that my room wasn't ready when it was actually flooded. I didn't get the room or size bed I booked for.No linen service.
Staff was pleasant.
Filthy dirty rooms & hallways. My trashcan hadn't been emptied from previous tenant. There was a dirty diaper & 2 huge cups in the trash that stunk up the room.
What I like best about this hotel was the friendly staff that clean rooms and the fast check-in no issues can't wait to stay there again!
There's nothing not to like it's a great hotel and a wonderful experience! I have recommended it to everybody I know!
This is ridiculous, past stupid!
Clueless customer service from the top to the bottom with this company!
Nothing. The hotel was a dump and the accomodations were something you might find in an African village hut. The accomodations were so disgusting, we only stayed two nights and went to another hotel chain.
The hotel was a disgusting place. Bed was paper thin and one could not get a good nights sleep in the room. Left 2 days early as the hotel was disgusting.
Issues with cleanliness, and equipment. Refrigerator in each room did not function properly. Hair in bathroom and unclean bedding.
Falsely advertised king size bed. .we got queen size bed
The location was convenient to the high way and area I was in.
The area was very unsafe with many transient people. The rooms are "non smoking" but my room had an intense cigarette smell that lingered on all of my belongings. The room was very outdated and abused. It was disappointing for the price I paid.
The staff, the front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful.
The hotel room was pretty dirty, missing towels and what looked like prior guess's food left in the pantries.
Proximity to an event I attended
The parking lot was full of homeless people. The room I booked was over sold. The room I revived was not clean. Requested to move never granted. Requested kitchen wear and didn’t receive till our second day.. No grab and go breakfast as adv
It's close my job
No breAkfast or lunch or dinner
When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We waited 30 before we left and came back two hours later. Even then we waited for another 20 mins for help. When we finally got into the room it smelled of smoke and was not very clean.
I was able to have a real good response from their kindness.
No it's all good
The hotel was a bit dated however it served it's purpose nicely.
