Negatives: Roaches and low water pressure

Negatives: The pool wasn’t open and the breakfast was either just a little muffin or oatmeal. Also, the areas surrounding is a little unsafe, but that’s not your guises fault.

Negatives: The front desk girl Bianca was rude and unhelpful. They left their frint desk unattended for 25 minutes, they made me pay twice because she didnt know how to do her job. The hall way smelled bad and pet hair all over the halls.

Negatives: Dirty and worn carpet. Cockroaches. smelled.

Negatives: Cleanliness

Negatives: We were put in a part of the hotel that seemed like it was strictly for longterm guests with dogs. The hallway stank horrifically because of this. The smell was similar to a dog with a severe ear infection (speaking from experience) and there was hair all over the carpet. Everytime we had to pass by we had to hold our breath because it was that bad. I just wish we would've been asked if that was ok, or warned. The price of the hotel was too pricey in my opinion for what we got.

Negatives: We were missing a mattress for the sofa bed and there weren’t any sheets for that bed as well..

Negatives: I guess the thing I didn't like the most was the bullet that came through the wall.And landed above my head above the window Where I was sitting on the bed if I'd been standing.I wouldn't be here writing this right now..That was my least favorite of the stay.The second least favorite was when they gave me a different room below a bunch of crackheads running back and forth all night Where it sounded like they were remodeling The room moving the furniture around.When I asked for another room, they sent me back to the side where the police said.Do not stay on this side which they didn't inform any of their guests. The third thing that I didn't like the most was when I asked for yet another room with no one above me, so I could get some sleep.They locked my belongings in my room before i could get out my stuff. When I ask if I could go to an upstairs place so no one was above me or anything that's not on the side where the violence Took place they wanted to upcharge me. I stayed where i was at. Numerous calls to the front desk to stop the ongoing noise was met with No answer not even one time.We are not dealing with the brightest. The human touch is gone. This place is a trash heap full of violence. I almost died staying at this location. I highly recommend if you value your life.Don't go anywhere near this place. When I ask if there would be any kind of rebate or discount to my stay on checking out. They did not apologize.They did not say sorry.They just said corporate has to handle it.We don't handle anything here.Corporate sent me an invoice and gave me a little over a $100 off on my bill.No apology.No, we're sorry that you almost died.Nothing just a hundred dollars off. The owners and employees care nothing about their guests.Or their stay or their comfort.Or their safety avoid this place at all costs.It's not worth it.

Negatives: Well there was shooting inside the hotel the morning we checked out. Area is a little sketchy.

Negatives: N0 kitchen utensils, no ironing board, holes in walls, roaches, scoffed furniture, curtains had strains, telephone did not work. Staff was not useful in correcting complains and issues.
