Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, there was nobody at the front desk to help us, and we had to wait for a while before someone showed up. The bed/mattress in our room was uneven, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The microwave was broken and was not replaced during our stay. We also found that the towels provided to us were stained, as were the bathtub, sink, and toilet. Furthermore, we noticed an old towel hanging next to the shower curtain in the bathroom, which made it seem like the room had not been properly cleaned. The couch, chair, tables, floor, and drawers were all very dusty, which was unpleasant. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but nobody answered the phone. When we asked for bath towels, we were informed that they were out of stock. Overall, our experience was very unpleasant, and we did not enjoy our stay at the hotel.
