The room was dirty with the couch and office chair covered in very questionable stains. We had to cover both with extra sheets so we could seat on it because they claimed not to have another room. The hallways were also dirty, the elevator was broken
Excelente calidad y servicio
Yes there were roaches in my room the staff was r ude they had no answer for me had to sleep all night before I was transferred to another room the next morning and I had to argue with the girl at the front he said the manager left finally date horrible e
The hotel is old and run down and not a good location in downtown Phoenix
The way things are been run by management we were with out ac for 3 hours before they replace it due to been sold out
Libation was ok
The staff was lazy and rude.
It was the cleanest and nicest extended stays IÂ've been to.
Doing the AC cleaning and bug spray was kind of inconvenient but other than that no complaints
Clean. It was very clean
Front desk staff!!! Rude as heck, donÂ't stay at the desk, talk over you. Just very rude
Nothing. ItÂ's an awful hotel.
ItÂ's an awful hotel. Very dirty and unsafe. Really two hours bad experience there. We left the hotel in three hours after checking in and move to Hampton Inn in Scottsdale. I felt very unsafe in that hotel.
No breakfast no pool no workout no c
The room was dirty and there were stains everywhere. The pull out sofa came with no linens. Upon inquiry, my husband was given a blanket "for bedbugs". We promptly vacated the property and sought other accommodations. I am requesting a refund.
There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
The owner was very friendly and willing to work with me and every aspect that he could because of him I will definitely return
Hotel employee could be a little more friendlier and have a more positive attitude towards her guests.
I felt safe there
Noisy neighbors (business it was a garage).
I had rats in my room and I left
Customer service from night worker at the front desk. My boyfriend lost his wallet so no ID but when check in the girl was informed cause I paid online so at 3pm when check in it was ok not cleck at night he was harassing us when we got back about
