I didn’t like that they didn’t have working electricity power and they didn’t have working AC Units so my food went bad in the refrigerator there and I was notified this situation last minute because my food was in the refrigerator and they didn’t have another working room with a refrigerator and they didn’t want to give back my refund and I think this is very illegal in a 100 degree weather . I felt like they stolen from me because this wasn’t write and the manager there with black hair was very mean and rude to customers . She shouldn’t keep her job and imma hve millions of people to know about this company and that lady I experienced this with . I have a video to prove it

Staff was unaccommodating had a situation pop up at the last minute and tried to see if I could reschedule for 2 days is what I was told by staff at the motel that I had to go on booking.com to try to get a changed so I did what was said on booking.com and then I received a text no lie maybe 20 minutes ago with the words no request declined

I ordered the room but I didn't stay in it not one minute and I called them to see if I could reschedule it for 2 days later and the staff at the front office told me that I would have to go on booking to try to get it resolved so I went on booking I'm booking told me I had to send an email to the motel where the motel responded back to me or maybe 20 minutes ago and said no but before that I had already talked to lady and let her know the situation at the front desk and they sent me something about being a no-show even though she knew what I was trying to get done so that just tells me anything don't want to work with someone if something comes up and you paid but you haven't checked in yet.
