Nothing, they didn't let me experience anything.

I purchased a room a online, it didn't state that both people had to present there ID, they didn't let me get my room I paid for, I didn't receive any refund either, horrible experience, wasted my money. The staff were not helpful, they did not let me know how to go about getting the refund, and the gentleman who told me the policy had an attitude about it, like I was dumb for not knowing the policy that WAS NOT mentioned online.
