Positives:
I liked that I could control the AC myself and even switch it off completely. The bed was very comfy! The staff (reception, housekeeping, breakfast) was exceptionally friendly :D
Negatives:
The shower didn't get warm in the morning. The fridge made too much noise for my taste but thankfully I could unplug it. Had to wear earplugs to mute the traffic from the highway.

Positives:
They honored my request for a ground floor which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Nice bathroom with lots of supplies.
Negatives:
The room was too dark with inadequate lighting. The refrigerator was tiny and no microwave. I was under the impression that I was getting a suite with small kitchen. For two nights it was bearable but for a longer time it wouldn't have worked for me. Breakfast was not the greatest.

Hot breakfast was good. Location to everything was awesome! Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Not a huge thing but the beds could have been a little softer, not terrible though. It would be nice if there were at least two waffle irons. The line was so long for the one that I gave up most days.
