I only spent one evening here before my flight out of Phoenix Airport. This certainly a nice hotel from the point of view of facilities and cleanliness, and I definitely appreciated the eggs and bacon buffet for breakfast.
Negatives:
The hotel is very far from anywhere except the airport. Be prepared to drive at least two miles to get dinner, for example. The hotel atmosphere feels transient and impersonal, and staff seemed to treat people as passengers rather than guests. The prevailing vibe I got was "airport lounge, but with beds".
