6 months ago we reserved a king suite. When we got to our room there were 2 beds, no bedroom. When I asked the front desk lady she said the property doesn’t have king suites. I said that was strange because I paid extra money to have a private bedroom from the kids. After clicking on her computer without saying a word to me she reassigned my key, when I asked why she said she was putting us in a king suite. The same king suite I was told moments ago didn’t exist at the property? There was only 2 sets of towels in the room, the bed was uncomfortable.
