Nothing. Don’t use this hotel. Staffing doesn’t like to work there and you can see in any action they take.
I’ve asked for a quiet room and even that it was empty, they offer a very noisy room close to the highway, instead the opposite side that could be much more quiet.
Negatives:
Pictures don’t represent the real and current situation. Building, decoration is very old and everything needs an update and even some fixes.

Love the young lady who checked me in and she was the same who checked me out. She was kind, friendly, attentive and very accomodating. Over all she was AWESOME!!!. Thank you for such an inviting experience.

Positives:
The property is in a decent area it was doable for what my friend and I had planed to do in the area. Staff was really friendly. I read reviews and was expecting to be disappointed but luckily I was wrong. The room itself is very outdated, as a housekeeper I notice everything when it comes to cleanliness. It was decently clean despite the carpet but its carpet what do you expect lol only thing I didn’t like was finding hairs on the bedding. They are currently going under remodeling in some sections of the hotel.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Place N Phoenix many times over the past 10 years. The rooms are very spacious, and the location is convenient for I17, Phoenix airport (half hour travel)
Negatives:
Over the last 10 years the standard of the rooms has dropped substantially. The place is really very tired and needs a good refurb. The room we checked into had half the sockets not working, the TV didn't work at all, and there was no tea, coffee or cups in the room. The maintenance guy couldn't fix them so we were moved to another room. This room also had some sockets that didn't work and no plug for the bath. So much for room service/make-up. For both rooms, the double glazing is now so old and decrepit that they hardly reduce the noise from I17 outside at all. It didn't use to be like that. Finally, breakfast is not bad, but there was no butter available and apparently hadn't been for several days. Whoever the manager should have been fired for all of the above, total incompetence,
