It was nice and clean.
They falsely advertised. They shouldn't have pictures of soak in tubs with they're regular room rates if you can only get a tub if you get a suite. That was literally the ONLY reason I booked there and was disappointed when I got there.
Room was comfortable
Construction was horrible Parking was worse Garage back to room was horrible
Style, cleanliness, location and definitely the kimpton scent
Rooftop bar and pool
The room decor was blah, needs more color.
Hotel was nice, but not great. For it being a Kimpton, I expect better.
The room was listed as having a whirlpool bathtub and minibar. It had neither in the room.
Excellent staff. Excellent room service.
There were dogs next door that barked for 30 minutes straight. I had to get my room switched after already settling in but the staff was great and found me a new room immediately.
Good location. Quiet rooms. The rooms were a little underwhelming. I expected something a little more upscale.
The pool and rooftop area were disappointing. I believe it is shared with the adjoining apartments and so it was crowded and a little to crazy for my taste traveling with children.
Nice pool area and bar. Friendly customer service.
The room was old and not updated ie usb-c plugs, nightlight in bathroom
Modern feel and proximity to airport and restaurants
That the pool was open to the public and that was not listed. Two mornings we could not find a spot by the pool because they were taken up by people not staying at the hotel.
If it wasn't COVID - it is centrally located near the stadium
Pool closed (couldn't even put your feet in the water on Saturday night and the kitchen closed by 7pm. Not allowed to eat outside food in the area either. Sunday the rooftop bar closed by 3 (on Super Bowl Sunday) and the area was a mess. $25 resort fee
Front desk was very helpful, nice and welcoming. the décor is very nice and it smells wonderful.
The shower has no door on it so the water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor. I was charged an additional $120 of charges that were not explained to me at the time of booking or check in. I only stayed 2 nights. 2 drinks at the bar on site was over $40
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had just gotten married and they upgraded us to a nicer room at no charge. Parking valet was wonderful and quick. Location is great.
My only complaints are there was no coffee pot or mini fridge in the room. It seems less and less hotels are offering this these days.
