Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating w/ some of my business needs, despite the description, there is no business center. Location is nice, some rooms have mtn views. Quiet location for a good nights sleep. Nice breakfast, but no fresh fruit.

Negatives: The hotel needs upgrades, Stained furniture, Vents had dust bunnies blowing from them, lrg water bottle and other things under the TV stand. Pd more for a hotel with Pool & hot tub, they were filthy cloudy, unusable. Was told the Wash & Dryer were broken.

Negatives: The room smelled and when we went to the front desk, there solution was putting coffee bags on the a/c unit. The pool and hot tub were dirty and our kids were very disappointed to not be able to swim. The couch bed was full of crumbs when we pulled out.

Negatives: Breakfast. Very limited food items, compared to other Quality Inn I've visited. The review of this place is misleading. The expectations did not live up to the review. Old hotel, cleanliness is average. Needs a face-lift. The hotel is outdated.

Positives: Good clean stopover hotel. All was exactly as we expected.

Negatives: Please stop using disposable single use plastics. Not acceptable to still be doing this in the 2020s with all we now know about the harm they cause. Eating options quite close though seemed unexceptional - Italian we went to was ordinary at best.
