It was easy access from the freeway.otherwise ,I was disgusted with the' LA Quinta' Motel. Upon Arrival we were ignored for a good 10 minutes ,we were told we were lucky to have had to wait due to another renter who was being helped because we got in so late (due to our car rental which is another issue).The outside of the buildings were very unkempt my husband's rolling baggage got caught on a loose step that wasn't fastened down on the stair way. Thankfully he caught himself before falling .When we got to our room there were 2 people sitting outside their room who rudely told us where we were as if we didn't belong there and questioned what room we were looking for.They were smoking Marijuana by the smell and cigarettes. and had their music playing loudly for the time of night it was. As we entered the room it had a very bad smell ,like dirty feet and mold and mildew that punched us in the face.The door jam was loose and looked like the door had been kicked in many times before and never replaced just minor fixes to repair to make it close.,as it didn't seem secure at all. The Shower knob had screws sticking out the side as to hold it on .The shower head had electrical tape and was not adjustable and pointed at the cloth shower curtain as to soak the floor .The tub backed up to my shins when I showered as it wasn't draining.There was a loud sound of something running all night reminded me of a fish tank or water running all night.The room looked unsanitary and had an old dirty couch I was not about to sit on The Chair to the desk was broken and upon sitting in it the arm was loose and my husband fell over when sitting down.That is just the room .I tried calling the front desk several times during my trip and never got thru.The staff was rude and the help was smoking in the rooms as they were cleaning them we noticed.

The Whole stay was Horribly uncomfortable my children didnt want to bring my grand kids in to visit due to the filth. I feel as if booking dot com misrepresented the place as being a nicer class of hotel than it actually was.the pictures looked nice but it was obviously old pictures or a different hottel l The night security however did pause from his phone to say hello when we arrived,but then quickly went back to looking at his phone and didn't pay any attention to us.At the free breakfast they had no juice in the machines no milk only coffee and no forks

Bed sheets and towels were clean. Room was relatively large. Hot shower.

Beds were way too soft. Room door was loose. Walls needed patching and painting. Night staff at front desk was not friendly.

The place was not clean the first room that we got smelled really bad like cat urine so we had to go and complain to the front desk which we did get a second room and that one was good except the door would get jammed and every night that we were there our keys would get deactivated.so we had to go to the front desk every night.

Location is near freeway and driving distance from shops and restaurants. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces and check in and check out was easy.
Negatives:
A run-down hotel in poor conditions due to the lack of maintenance and renovations. There are visible signs of wear and tear including structural damage throughout the property. Our room had worn down furniture a dirty stained couch and worn down stained carpet. A broken shower head fixed with duck tape and peeling paint on the bath tub and walls. The general appearance and condition of the hotel may be unappealing to many. This property has so much potential wish they would invest in repairs and renovations. However the bed was comfortable and very clean sheets placed neatly. Plenty of towels and hand towels including wash cloths were placed all very clean. The water pressure was very powerful and plenty of hot water available. The next morning we attended breakfast as it was included with our stay generally from 6a-9a basic eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and not so great coffee. Juice machine was out was never refilled. Eggs and sausage ran out quickly hotel staff member was not paying attention due to being on her phone and hotel guests had to remind her constantly to please refill food trays as more guests showed up. We left most of the day and to our surprise no housekeeper and showed up to clean our room that was a big deal breaker for us. Since we had no housekeeper I had to walk to lobby to get clean towels was a bit annoyed about this. We did not go to the pool area but we did see many families enjoying the pool area is on the smaller side but looked cleaned and kept. Ice machine by building C where we stayed was broken we had to walk to the next building over. We luckily did not have neighbors close by which made our stay quiet and pleasant.
