Took.30.min to check in.
Expect.a deposit after paying through an AP. And limited forms of payment. Then double charges my credit card.
Keys didn't get programmed correctly, so had to walk all the way back up to get it reprogrammed. Very disappointed.

My friends were concerned for my safety staying on site. The property looks bad and is not only falling apart but the outside needs to be cleaned. The staff is doing the best that they can in a rough environment. I wouldn’t promote this as a great place to stay in phx
