Location. The convenient location was the only thing going for this place.
Negatives:
Dirty room and linens, including debris under the bed. Furniture was in a bad state of disrepair. Mattresses had noticeably collapsed springs and were extremely uncomfortable. Dog poop was in the walkways. No map of the facility was offered at check-in, nor was there one in the room. Drugged out individual was blocking a stairwell at one point during our stay. We booked a queen room for our stay & the guy who checked us in changed our room without communicating that to us before we went up to our room. When we went back to the office and said we were given the wrong room, we were told there weren't any queen rooms left.
