Positives: Nothing. It was so gross, smelly, people living there.... loud, pounding on doors at 3 am
Negatives: Everything. Room was falling apart, smelly, smoke stench,loud,people pounding on doors at 3am. Truly disgusting. Pulled up the bottom sheet and there was a huge hole that was dirty and disgusting...I almost threw up when I realized I was sleeping on it. People who live there are gross.
