Pretty much nothing.
Negatives:
No lobby space available; chairs and tables taped off. Coffee machine broken/out of service; pool area closed until late morning; staff unkind and unhelpfu and unempathetic; no place easy to get to for coffee /breakfast without a car. Awful experience.
As an example, I needed to take a Zoom call for a non-profit with which I volunteer ... and there was no place to do that. Their suggestion, for a place (an out-of-the-way chair) to quietly sit for an extra hour, was to pay for a 2nd night -- and they couldn't have cared less.
Also, the room phone had a broken cord, so was unable to call down to the lobby. It was inconvenient and a safety issue. Their response was disinterest ... and they could not provide a replacement.

Tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival via email and phone left messages no response. My room was not cleaned the first day I arrived went to the front desk still no help. Front desk rep would not transfer my daughter health check call to my room. Was very rude and disrespectful.
Cancelled my return stay and booked with another hotel.
