Very quiet and comfortable, if you are staying longer than 5 days the maids come in and clean your room, and the pool is quite nice for those warm days

During my stay there were a couple of nights where there were people out in the back parking lot until 4:00 a.m. in their vehicles

The front desk clerk that checked us in was fantastic. This stay was due to an urgent family issue and the gentleman at the front desk was very compassionate and gave us an early check in. The only problem I had this time that has never been an issue before is for some reason the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I've never had that problem before. I have stayed at this location multiple times even before joining the loyalty program. I wouldn't continue to stay somewhere uncomfortable since there are many, many options. It's the only reason I mentioned it. Perhaps it's time to work in some new pillows at this location..
I also was unable to take a relaxing bath because there weren't any drain stoppers to use.
Other than that I'm very content with my stay. All in all I would say the front desk clerk made the difference between a good stay and a dissatisfactory stay.

Pillows were flat and hard. Please invest in some new ones. I've not had this problem previously at this specific location

No cribs even though booking shows they have them, room was not the cleanest and had the ac unit holding on for dear life, fixtures were weird looking with holes, pillows were as flat as a pancake .
